Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Job Purpose
Optimize and improve the efficiency of production manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure correct production data entry into EPICOR system.
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield.
- Identify and implement process control measures, to ensure consistent product quality and reduce process variation.
- Perform statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making to achieve operational excellence and meet production targets.
- Identify and implement process improvement to reduce operation cost, minimize waste, and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e., engineering, maintenance, R&D, warehouse) to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Lead process validation activities, including developing protocol (SOP), execution and documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to production team on new processes, procedures, and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills (i.e., MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with ERP (i.e., SAP, EPICOR, Oracle) may be preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details.
