Our Company Evolution
Our Company was incorporated in Malaysia on 5th of July 2021 as a private limited company under the name SumiSaujana Group Sdn Bhd.
We were subsequently converted to a public limited company on 8th of May 2024 under our present name SumiSaujana Group Berhad. Our Company is an investment holding company.
Our wholly owned subsidiary, SumiSaujana TCM Chemicals Sdn Bhd is principally involved in the manufacturing of O&G specialty chemicals, trading of O&G specialty and industrial chemicals, and provision of technical related support services.
